the Net into
Your Classroom Curriculum-

Your goal is to select one
theme or topic which is presented in your classroom curriculum and develop
a mini Internet integration project to support it. Since the Internet
is filled with an incredible number of educational resources, please be
specific when selecting a "theme" that can help facilitate the
use of this exciting technology.
Please include the following components:
Title page with the following:
- At least one image from the Net (with
Internet address identified)
- Project name, your name, school name,
grade level and subject taught, email address, and date
Project Overview page with the following:
- Clearly identify your "theme"
or topic and describe why it was chosen.
- Briefly describe how and when
you plan to integrate this Internet project into your classroom
curriculum.
- Identify the student learning objectives
(What will your students learn as a result of completing this project?)
- Identify at least three web sites
that teachers can use to find additional lesson plans, worksheets,
integration ideas, etc.
- Identify at least three web sites
that can be used by your students for research, background
information, etc. You should provide a short description of
each web site as well as the web site address!
Guided Navigation Activity Sheet
with the following:
- Project title, grade levels, subject
matter, web site title, web site address, learning objectives
- Between five and ten questions to be
answered by students.
